Kenwood Country Club is proud to operate one of the largest and most successful caddie programs in the region, offering young adults the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our rich golf tradition.

Each season, we train 30–40 new caddies and employ 80–100, completing around 1,500 loops annually. KCC is also a proud supporter of the Evans Scholars Foundation, which awards full tuition and housing scholarships to deserving caddies. Each of the past five years, at least one (and as many as three) of our caddies has received this prestigious scholarship.
